Carding Check List

Paper Work Required

1. Secure your release in writing from your previous team or Minor Hockey Association you played for in.

2. If you are still eligible to play Minor Hockey, get a letter from your parents giving you permission to play for the Kamloops Storm

3. Birth Certificate - original or photo copy (both sides)

4. Your B.C. or Alberta Medical number if it is not on our camp registration form

Money Matters

1. Each player must pay a carding fee at time of carding. This includes an extended Medical and Dental package

2. A $150 behavioral / damage deposit is also due at time or carding. This will be returned by mail approximately 2 months after the season ends.

3. All billeted players must submit postdated cheques for the entire season's accommodation made out to the Kamloops Storm
