Sam Zulyniak scored twice including the game winner in leading the Kamloops Storm to a 4-1 win over the Revelstoke Grizzlies in KIJHL action Friday night. This would be Zulyniak’s first two goals in the K as the Storm wins a key divisional game. Sam Lewis on the power play and Evan Clark into an empty net from a weird center ice faceoff rounded out the scoring. Colton Phillips-Watts stopped 23 of 24 shots on the night in getting the win in net. Both teams were 1 for 6 on the power play. Kamloops will host the first place Sicamous Eagles Saturday night at First Responders Night.
