The Revelstoke Grizzlies spoiled the opening night of Storm parents weekend by downing the locals 3-2 in KIJHL action Friday. Brandon Kasdorf had a goal and an assist to lead the Grizzlies as the visitors jumped out to 2-0 and 3-1 leads. Peyton Kelly had a goal and an assist of his own for the Storm while Jayden Russell added his first goal of the season. Colton Phillips-Watts stopped 25 of 28 shots in taking the loss in goal. Revelstoke goaltender Brandon Weare stopped 23 of 25 shots in getting the win. Kamloops went 1 for 7 on the power play and 2 for 3 on the PK. Kamloops will host the Summerland Steam Saturday Night 7pm at Mac Island.
