Face To Face Battle In Home Opener

The Kamloops Storm and Revelstoke Grizzlies went toe-to-toe tonight but it was the Grizzlies who scored the lone goal tonight for a 1-0 win in the Storm’s home opener in front of 480 fans. Carter Bettenson scored on the power play in the third period and it stood as the game winner as Kamloops could not solve Grizzlies goaltender Owen Albers who made 38 saves on the night. Cody Creasy made 42 in the Storm net as both goaltenders were game stars. Kamloops will now head off to Sicamous for a 2pm game on Sunday.
