The Powell River Paper Kings have signed Kamloops Storm forward Owen Barrow for the rest of the BCHL season. Owen was focused and hungry entering training camp with the Storm earlier this season. He put in the work and it has now paid off for Barrow who will be moving up to Junior A immediately. Owen is a big body who has a bull-in-a-China-Shop mentality and can finish around the net.
