Grizzlies Win 2-1 In OT

In a first place showdown Revelstoke Grizzly Jacob Smith scored late in the third period to tie the game at 1-1 and then Brandon Gallo won it in the first overtime to send the home fans home happy with a 2-1 win. Zak Anderson scored on the power play early in the third period to give the Storm a 1-0 lead that looked to stand until Revelstoke’s late game heroics. Colton Phillips-Watts was once again outstanding in net despite taking the loss. He stopped 30 of 32 shots he faced while Brandon Weare stopped 32 of 33 shots fired his way for the Grizzlies. The Storm will have 6 days off before heading to Sicamous to face the Eagles on Friday Dec.10th.
