Storm Fall To Wranglers in OT

The Kamloops Storm kept coming back but in the end the 100 Mile House Wranglers scored in overtime win 4-3 in 100 Mile. The Storm trailed 2-0 after one period but tied the game at 2-2 after two periods on a pair of Ryan Larsen goals – the second goal coming shorthanded. After the Wranglers took a 3-2 lead on an early third period power play goal Kade Lawlor scored his first goal of the season late in he game setting up overtime. The Storm went 0 for 6 on the power play and went 7 for 9 on the penalty kill. Dawson Holitzki took the loss in goal but stopped 38 of 42 shots he faced.
