Storm Rolling To A Shutout Weekend

Ryan Larsen scored twice while Devin Benson and Evan Clark added two assists each as the Kamloops Storm shutout the 100 Mile House Wranglers 5-0 in KIJHL action Sunday afternoon. It was the second consecutive shutout for the Storm as they shutout the Chase Heat 4-0 on Saturday night. Today it was Colton Phillips-Watts who got the goose egg stopping all 16 shots he faced. Kamloops fired 47 shots of their own going 2 for 8 on the power play while killing off the only penalty they took. Harrison Ewert, Peyton Kelly, and Cole Senum rounded out the scoring. The game was tied 0-0 after one period and 3-0 after two.
