Storm’s Selin commits to BCIHL’s Lakers

Hayden Selin of the Kamloops Storm has committed to play for the Okanagan Lakers in the B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League next fall.

Selin, 21, was fourth on the Storm with 46 points (19-27) in 43 games, establishing new season highs in goals, assists and points. He added five points in eight playoff games.

The St. Albert. Alta., native played in 105 career regular season games with the Kimberley Dynamiters (48) and Storm (57) had 94 points (38-56). Selin played in 17 career playoff games with the Storm and had 15 points.

He is the eighth KIJHL player that Lakers have recruited this spring.
