When Brett Joseph went top shelf on Colton Phillips-Watts to give his Sicamous Eagles a 2-1 third period lead the Kamloops Storm didn’t panic. In fact, less than a minute later Evan Douglas tied the game from the slot on a feed from Ty Horner and then Horner went coast to coast a few minutes after that and sniped bar-down for the winner and a 3-2 come from behind win before a boisterous crowd at Mac Island Sports Center Saturday night. Colton Phillips-Watts stopped 23 of 25 shots in getting the win in goal while Kamloops fired 31 shots at Eagles netminder Gage Reimer. Peyton Kelly scored on the power play on a beautiful three-way passing play with Devin Benson and Brandon Toye. That tied the game at 1-1 which is where the game stood heading in to the third. The Storm were 1 for 4 on the power play and a perfect 4 for 4 on the penalty kill.
