Storm Win 4-3 in Shootout

The Kamloops Storm got two goals from Brandon Toye and two assists from Ashton Taylor but the team needed to go a shootout to down the Kelowna Chiefs 4-3 in Kelowna. While the Storm outshot the Chiefs 44-21 on the night the boys fell behind 2-0 after one period before scoring 3 straight goals to lead 3-2 late in the game. Jacob Hufty put Kamloops out front but the Chiefs tied the game sending it to overtime and then a shootout. Owen Aura and Devin Benson scored to give the Storm the road win. Kelowna was 1 for 9 on the power play and a perfect 5 for 5 on the penalty kill.
